The Director General of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), Pierre-Louis Opont, has again apologized Friday for the EMB to candidates and party leaders involved in legislative and presidential current for serious irregularities and fraud that marred the election on November 28, 2010.
During a meeting with stakeholders about the progress of the electoral process and changes to the electoral machinery, Mr. Opont announced the replacement of all members of Polling Stations (BV) that took part in the controversial poll. He has that effect hoped that the political parties concerned will choose credible people whose names will soon be drawn to replenish the person of BV.

A new class of agents of the CEP was also formed: the "counselors" for most scouts, responsible for helping voters to clearly identify their polling stations.
